LEWC has organised the above meeting for Wednesday 17th August 2011, 8pm at the Wild Duck Inn, Lisbellaw. It is part of our Memorandum of Understanding with DCAL, that we as Wildfowlers (a largely self regulating body) are in a position to report concerns to relevant statutory bodies, on issues such as Planning, Environmental Pollution or Contraventions of Wildlife Laws. Wildfowling takes place when there are few other user groups on the Lough and therefore we are the “eyes and ears” on Upper and Lower Lough Erne in the Autumn and Winter months.
PSNI will be in attendance at the meeting to offer advice and assistance and it would be encouraging if as many could attend as possible.
